光对 Ba$_{0.8}$Sr$_{0.2}$TiO$_3$/LaMnO$_3$ 异质结构界面电阻的影响

摘要
研究了绿光和紫外激光对 BaSrTiO/LaMnO 异质结构电阻的影响。在 80-200 K 范围内，光照诱导出约为稳态值 15% 的瞬态电阻分量，与该瞬态分量相关的时间常数约为 12 s。在绿光、红外和紫外光照下均发现负光电导效应。
