正模板上的纽结具有有界个数的素因子

摘要
模板是带有半流的 branched 2-流形，用于对 3-流形上流的“混沌”双曲不变集建模。模板上的纽结轨道对应于原流中的纽结轨道。Birman 与 Williams 猜想，对任意给定模板，所实现纽结的素因子个数将有界。我们证明了当模板为正时的一个特例；已知一般情形为假。
