摘要
我们应用矩方法证明了 Haikin、Zamir 和 Gavish（2017）近期关于 Paley 等角紧框架随机子系族奇异值分布的一个猜想。我们的分析更一般地适用于冗余度为 2 的实等角紧框架，并且我们推测类似的思路最终能为任意冗余度选择产生更一般的结果。
