随机矩阵的可逆性：酉扰动和正交扰动

摘要
我们证明，任何固定方阵D被随机酉矩阵扰动后，以高概率是良好可逆的。对于随机正交矩阵的扰动也有类似结果；唯一的显著例外是当D接近正交时。作为应用，这些结果完全消除了Guionnet、Krishnapur和Zeitouni的单环定理中一个难以验证的条件。
