我们证明了 FPP 模型中无穷测地线的存在性、唯一性与有向性性质。在给出基本定义后，我们描述了 Newman 及其合作者的结果，其在未证的曲率假设下给出了有向测地线的存在性与唯一性。随后我们在无任何未证假设下给出至少两条无穷测地线存在的两个证明。在最后两节中，我们利用更近期的方法给出无穷测地线有向性陈述的证明，这些方法即使在没有未证假设下也能给出信息，并证明了无穷测地线的一个广义唯一性陈述。
