我们测量了通过分子束外延生长的原子级平滑La_{2-x}Sr_{x}CuO_{4}薄膜在高达9 T的磁场B和宽温度T范围内的面内磁电阻(MR)。x=0.03和x=0.05的薄膜是绝缘的,正磁电阻在T<4 K时出现。对于所有B的方向,正磁电阻都表现出玻璃态特征,包括历史依赖性和记忆效应。结果表明,这种反映掺杂空穴动力学中玻璃态行为开始的现象,是绝缘态的一个稳健特征。
