摘要
我们报告了在 VOx 薄膜中观察到的巨大正磁阻效应，这些薄膜生长于 SrTiO3 衬底上。MR 效应随温度和氧含量强烈依赖且呈各向异性。在低温下，其幅度可达 5 特斯拉磁场下的 70%。强电子-电子相互作用在强无序环境下的定性解释。也讨论了与可能的磁力不稳定性相关的另一种解释。
