消防员对自主无人机的协作与交互感知：现场试验结果

摘要
过去十年来，无人机在紧急响应领域（如消防）的应用受到推崇。随着无人机自主性的不断提升，其在消防队伍中的集成方式及其对队员的影响正在发生变化。这需要更深入地了解消防员如何感知和与无人机进行交互。本文提出了一种基于无人机的紧急操作系统，消防员可通过声音、灯光及图形用户界面与之交互。我们采用收集的利益相关者访谈，基于两个现场试验来探索他们对与无人机的交互和协作的感知。我们的结果表明，消防员认为视觉交互是足够的。然而，对于音频指令和界面，信息过载问题至关重要。无人机对当前工作配置的潜在影响可能涉及将人类定位转向更高的监督决策者，以及改变培训结构和内容。
