摘要
本书从统计系综的定义出发，研究热力学平衡条件下的统计物理。全书分为五章：首先，统计方法简介。其次，孤立系统的统计描述，对应于微正则系综。第三，与恒温 热库接触的系统的统计描述，即正则系综。第四，与温度为 且化学势 恒定的热库接触的系统的描述；巨正则系综。最后，量子统计。在每一章中，将呈现理论描述、演算实例、模拟链接（参见 GitHub 仓库：https://github.com/davidalejandromiranda/StatisticalPhysics）以及关于最新科学报告的讨论，以便读者能够补充其学习。
