摘要
我们证明了 Denef 和 Sperber [Denef, J. 和 Sperber, S., \textit{Exponential sums mod and {N}ewton polyhedra}, Bull. Belg. Math. Soc., {\bf{suppl.}} (2001) 55-63] 关于模 非退化局部指数和猜想的剩余部分。我们将 Igusa 在 [Igusa, J., \textit{Lectures on forms of higher degree}, Lect. math. phys., Springer-Verlag, {\bf{59}} (1978)] 引言中提出的猜想从齐次情形推广至准齐次情形，并证明了非退化情形以及模 情形。我们将 Katz 在 [Katz, N.
