本研究通过混合方法 investigates 生成式人工智能对 IT 部门软件开发的影响，采用基于专家访谈开发的问卷方法。 ongoing survey 的初步结果提供了关于生成式人工智能如何重塑个人生产力、组织效率、采纳情况、商业战略和就业安全的早期见解。研究发现，97% 的 IT 工作者使用生成式人工智能工具，主要是 ChatGPT。参与者报告个人生产力显著提升，并感知组织效率的改善，这与组织采纳生成式人工智能的程度呈正相关 (r = .470, p < .05)。然而，组织对人工智能的增加采纳强烈与员工就业安全 concerns 相关 (r = .549, p < .001)。关键采纳挑战包括不准确的输出 (64.2%)、监管合规问题 (58.2%) 和伦理问题 (52.2%)。该研究为生成式人工智能的经济和组织影响提供了早期实证见解。
