用复四元数与初等函数对 SU(3) 和 SU(4) 的显式闭式参数化

摘要
利用双四元数（biquaternions）的线性函数代替 n×n 矩阵，得到了群 SU(n)、SL(n,R) 与 SL(n,C) 在 n=2,3,4 时极为简单的闭式表达。这些表示不能直接推广到 SU(n>4)。然而，所用的四元数方法具有足够一般性，可在量子色动力学及其他需要复杂 3×3 或 4×4 矩阵计算的问题中找见应用。
