MgB$_{2}$二维核化超导性的证据

摘要
根据MgB的晶体结构和能带结构计算,准二维硼层负责超导性。我们报告了30 nm厚MgB薄膜在MgO单晶衬底上的临界场和电阻 measurements。平行和垂直上临界场呈线性温度依赖性,表明磁场以类似三维的方式渗透至样品内。然而,电阻 measurements则得到在Tc以上温度范围内涨落导电性的温度依赖性,该现象符合二维超导体涨落的Aslamazov-Larkin理论。我们将这一发现视为MgB二维核化超导性的实验证据。
