MgB$_{2}$ 超导体的不可逆线

摘要
在高达约 23 T 的垂直和平行磁场以及低至 0.38 K 的温度下，研究了 c 轴取向 MgB 薄膜的磁阻率。确定了电阻性临界磁场。观察到不可逆线与上临界磁场之间存在较大间距。在量子涨落的理论框架下，提出了一个作为温度函数的有效量子参数来解释这一间距，该结果与我们的实验数据及已发表的实验数据吻合良好。
