c轴取向MgB2薄膜的电子各向异性、磁场-温度相图及其对电阻率的依赖

摘要

新型超导体MgB2的一个已被预测但尚未表征的重要性质是源于其层状晶体结构的电子各向异性。在此我们报道了三个c轴取向薄膜的研究,表明上临界场各向异性比 Hc2par/Hc2perp 为1.8至2.0,且该比值随电阻率升高而增大。磁场-温度相图测量表明,在无织构样品中,磁通钉扎在 H* ~ 0.8Hc2perp(T) 处消失。对于最高电阻率的薄膜,Hc2par(0) 通过合金化显著增强至39 T,是块体样品中观测值的两倍以上。
