摘要

我们考虑有限阿贝尔群族 $\ZZ/p\ZZ\times \ZZ/p\ZZ$ 、 $\ZZ/p^2\ZZ$ 以及 $\ZZ/p\ZZ\times \ZZ/q\ZZ$ （其中 $p,q$ 是两个不同的素数）。对于前两个群族，我们给出了所有支撑集基数为 $k$ 且谱大小满足最小性条件的函数的简单刻画。在第三种情况下，我们对大量 $k$ 值完成了这一刻画。此前，当 $k$ 整除群的基数时，或对于群 $\ZZ/p\ZZ$ ，这些等号情形是已知的。
