我们提出一种新的半离散格式，通过利用关于 2-Wasserstein 度量的梯度流结构来近似非线性 Fokker-Planck 方程。我们通过有限图离散化底层状态，并定义离散的 2-Wasserstein 度量。基于此度量，我们引入一个动力系统，它是离散自由能的梯度流。我们证明新格式保持自由能的耗散性，并以指数（耗散）速率收敛到离散 Gibbs 测度。我们在若干数值算例上展示了这些性质。
