端周期同胚与映射环的体积

摘要
给定一个不可约的、端周期的曲面 S 的同胚 f，S 具有有限个端且均被亏格累积，其映射环是具有不可压缩边界的紧不可约、无环 3-流形的内部。我们的主要结果给出了紧化映射环的极小双曲体积的一个上界，该上界用 f 在 S 的短裤图上的平移长度表示。这建立在 Brock 与 Agol 在有限类型背景下的工作之上。我们还构造了广泛一类不可约、端周期同胚的例子，并用它们表明我们的上界是渐近尖锐的。
