摘要
边缘态中的拓扑效应仅在短距离上清晰可见,因而极大阻碍了其研究。在更长的距离上,可利用边缘态相对于体载流子的高迁移率,通过动力学手段增强拓扑特征。我们对微波光谱的研究凸显了承载高迁移率载流子的边缘的响应,而体载流子在能隙中被急剧减速。尽管边缘密度高于预期,我们确认电荷弛豫发生在短时间尺度上,并表明可在体载流子被冻结的时间尺度上选择性地寻址边缘态。
