滴涂二氧化钛忆阻器

本文介绍了通过将溶胶-凝胶Ti(OH)溶液滴涂到铝箔或溅射涂铝塑料上来制造忆阻器的方法。凝胶层厚度为37m，但两种器件都表现出良好的忆阻I-V特性。滴涂铝箔忆阻器与溅射涂覆的忆阻器相比表现良好，展示了忆阻器制造的可及性扩展。比较铝和金作为溅射涂覆电极的使用，表明铝是更好的选择，因为使用金会导致器件失效。这些器件不需要形成步骤。
