更长的延迟重要吗?延长CTL激活延迟的影响

摘要

特异性免疫应答的激活发生在淋巴器官(如脾脏)中。我们在此提出了一个简化的模型,以单个延迟方程的形式描述特异性免疫细胞的增殖。我们表明,随着延迟的增加,系统可能经历稳定性的切换,并在维持对树突状细胞疫苗的有效免疫应答的背景下解释了这些结果。
