作为典型的空穴掺杂铜基超导体,Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ (Bi2212)的载流子掺杂主要由其氧含量决定。传统掺杂方法可将其掺杂水平调节在空穴掺杂范围内。本文报道了CaH2退火法在调节Bi2212掺杂水平中的首次应用。通过连续控制退火时间,可获得一系列不同掺杂的样品。x射线衍射、扫描透射电子显微镜、电阻与霍尔测量的综合实验结果表明,CaH2诱导的拓扑化学反应能在极宽范围内有效改变Bi2212的氧含量,甚至从空穴掺杂转变为电子掺杂。我们还在电子掺杂侧发现了低Tc超导相的证据。
