我们为自由-by-循环群 $G_\phi$ 的单调映射引入一个称为链耀斑条件（chain flare condition）的条件，它蕴含 $L^2$ -挠 $\rho^{(2)}(G_\phi)$ 非零。我们猜想当单调映射呈指数增长时该条件成立。
