摘要

Joseph（{\it J. Fluid Mech.} {\bf 33} (1968) 617）针对黏性平行剪切流问题所得的结果被推广到 $\beta$ 平面中的黏性平行剪切流问题，并且还导出了一个充分的稳定性条件。
