摘要
本文研究循环算子的有界点赋值概念。我们对 L.R. Williams 在 {\it Dynamic Systems and Apllications} 3(1994) 103-112 中提出的问题给出否定回答。此外，我们推广了 Williams 的某些结果，并给出 L.R. Williams (The Local Spectra of Pure Quasinormal Operators J. Math. anal. Appl. 187(1994) 842-850) 中定理 2.5 的一个简单证明：非正规亚正规加权移位具有肥大局部谱。
