摘要
研究了多维扩散过程理论中出现的 Feller 半群的存在性。我们研究了椭圆算子的有界扰动，其边界条件包含关于非负 Borel 测度在区域闭包上的积分，且不假设该测度具有小性。我们陈述了关于该测度的充分条件，以保证相应的非局部算子是 Feller 半群的生成元。
