摘要

对于含单位的 $C^*$ -代数 $\mathcal A$ 及其子空间 $\mathcal B$ ，获得了 $\mathcal A$ 中元素在 $\mathcal B$ 中最佳逼近的刻画。作为应用，当该元素到 $\mathcal B$ 的最佳逼近存在时，给出了其到 $\mathcal B$ 距离的公式。进一步，获得了 Hilbert $C^*$ -模中元素对子空间 Birkhoff-James 正交性的刻画。
