摘要
在Rayleigh假设下，通过小扰动方法求解由两粗糙边界界面的 slab 散射的电磁波问题。为了获得扰动展开，我们采用涉及称为简化Rayleigh方程的积分方程的系统化程序。我们将指出对于沉积在银箔上的介质薄片，背向散射增强可由与两粗糙表面相互作用的导波产生。
