摘要
我们研究了近期提出的使用非交换Chern-Simons理论作为强磁场中某些平面凝聚态模型（如量子霍尔效应）的有效描述的提议的一些方面。我们为这种描述提供了另一种论证，该论证可以推广到存在均匀磁场的其他平面系统。
