ARGUS：观察叙事特征对论证说服力的影响

叙事 是否 使论证 更具说服力？哪些叙事特征最重要？尽管故事 常被视为 persuasion 的 powerful tool，但它们在 online, unstructured argumentation 中的 specific role 仍未被充分探索。为此，我们提出了 ARGUS，一个 study impact of narration on persuasion in argumentative discourse 的 framework。ARGUS 引入了 new ChangeMyView corpus，标注 story presence 和 six key narrative features，整合了 two established theoretical frameworks，capture both textual narrative features and their effects on recipients。借助 encoder-based classifiers 和 zero-shot large language models (LLMs)，ARGUS identifies stories and narrative features 并 scale application to examine different narrative dimensions 如何 influence persuasion success in online argumentation。
