锐钛矿Ti1-xCoxO2在低温区的反常霍尔效应

摘要
研究了铁磁半导体锐钛矿\cotio薄膜在10K至300K温度范围内的反常霍尔效应(AHE)。反常霍尔电阻的磁场依赖性与磁化强度一致,而反常霍尔电阻在低温下减小,尽管磁化强度几乎与温度无关。发现反常霍尔电导率sigma_AHE与霍尔迁移率的平方成正比,表明电荷散射强烈影响该系统中的AHE。锐钛矿Ti1-xCoxO2也遵循sigma_AHE ~ sigma_xx^1.6的电导率sigma_xx标度关系,这在另一种多晶型金红石Ti1-xCoxO2中也观察到,表明它们的AHE机制相同。
