由具Metropolis型跃迁速率的晶体表面跳跃过程导出的四阶指数偏微分方程分析

摘要

我们从解析与数值两方面研究了一个在宏观层面刻画粗糙晶体表面扩散的四阶偏微分方程(PDE)。我们讨论了该PDE模型解的整体存在性与长时间动力学。该PDE由第二作者最初导出,是一个微观表面动力学模型的连续极限,后者由具Metropolis型跃迁速率的马尔可夫跳跃过程给出。我们概述了收敛性论证,其依赖于在高温 regime 下成立的对局部平衡测度的简化假设。我们提供了在此 regime 下微观模型收敛于该PDE的数值证据。
