扩散与次扩散台阶动力学

摘要
我们考虑了晶体表面台阶的动力学。一般来说,台阶的蜿蜒行为服从次扩散行为。特征渐近时间定律取决于原子在台阶处脱离和附着的微观机制。我们在朗之万描述和蒙特卡洛模拟的框架下研究了台阶边缘扩散、蒸发-凝聚和平台扩散这三种极限情况。
