摘要
最近，André Martin 证明了高能下非弹性截面 σ_inel 的一个严格上界，该上界是已知的 Froissart-Martin-Lukaszuk 总截面 σ_tot 上界的四分之一。本文我们得到了用 σ_tot 表示的 σ_inel 的上界，并表明利用这一附加信息，Martin 关于 σ_inel 的上界得到了显著改进。
