关于电子动能密度泛函形式的上界

摘要
我们提出一个简单的密度泛函表达式，用于电子系统动能的上界。该泛函在慢变密度极限下有效，通过与先前工作中获得的上界进行比较，讨论了其在该区域之外的有效性。简要讨论了所提泛函在真实系统应用中的优势。
