我们就 Riemann 假设的 Nyman-Beurling 判据的 B\'aez-Duarte 重构形式中的常数给出了一个条件结果。我们证明，假设 Riemann 假设成立且 （对于某个 ），则该常数的值与 Burnol 给出的下界一致。
