我们使用分次Specht模来计算对称群的Iwahori-Hecke代数在特征为零的域上单位根处的分次分解数。得到的算法实际上是Lascoux-Leclerc-Thibon算法的伪装。因此，我们从分次表示理论的角度解释了该算法。
