我们得到了一个对Rn（n <= 4）中不可压缩纳维-斯托克斯方程的一般Leray解成立的新不等式。这恢复了其他作者先前关于解导数（任意阶）的时间衰减的重要结果。

This inequality was discovered by the authors in March 2016. A number of important results previously obtained by other authors regarding the large time decay of solution derivatives can now be seen as simple consequences of it (in the case n <= 4)
