Chernoff 边界恒等式及其在统计物理和信息论中的解释

摘要

本文建立了两种大偏差事件概率下 Chernoff 边界之间的恒等式。该恒等式在统计物理学中具有解释，即由多个粒子子系统组成的异 isothermal 平衡。随后，从统计力学视角描述了若干信息论应用实例，这些大偏差概率的分析自然涉及。由此导出若干信息论与统计物理之间的关系，希望读者能从中获益。
