摘要
本文发展了一种精确线性罚函数理论，该理论推广并统一了文献中已有的大多数关于精确罚化的结果。我们讨论了研究局部与全局精确线性罚函数的若干途径，并获得了线性罚函数精确性的多种必要与充分条件。我们比以往更加关注必要条件，从而得以更深入地理解精确罚技术。
