DNA 发夹结构相对稳定性的简易模型

摘要
发展一种带有适当自吸引约束的自避步模型，以描述形成发夹结构的单链短DNA分子的构象行为。采用精确枚举方法计算与卷曲-发夹相转变相关的性质。我们的计算结果与实验结果在定性上一致。
