摘要
我们考虑具有相等大小缓冲区的多类队列在(i)常规和(ii) Halfin-Whitt 重交通体制下的服务最长队列策略，并表明虽然在情形(i)中队列长度过程的缩放极限完全由一阶和二阶数据决定，但在情形(ii)中它们依赖于更精细的性质。后者的证明依赖于构造一个确定性到达模式。
