我们考虑一种带有等待时间相关阈值的 N 模型排队系统：服务规则为先来先服务，但类型 1 工作只有在其等待时间超过确定性阈值后才能由服务器 2 处理。我们证明了该模型的必要且充分稳定性条件——这一直觉结果迄今为止尚未在文献中确立。我们的证明依赖于将队列长度过程耦合到一个精心构建的上界（和下界）系统中，并建立队列长度过程的马尔可夫不等性。
