敏感材料介观器件的非侵入式干法转移制备方法

摘要
许多具有新颖或奇异特性的材料对环境因素(如空气、溶剂和热)高度敏感,这给器件制备带来困难并限制了其潜在应用。本文提出了一种通用的亚微米介观器件干法转移制备方法,专门针对敏感材料设计。该方法利用PMMA掩模,结合水溶性涂层作为牺牲层,确保敏感材料在加工过程中不暴露于有害环境条件。整个制备过程在手套箱中完成,采用干法技术,避免空气、溶剂和热的暴露,最终进行封装步骤。我们通过制备和表征K2Cr3As3和WTe2器件(一维和二维材料)来验证该方法的有效性。结果表明,该技术保持了材料的完整性,提供了优异的界面接触,并广泛适用于多种敏感材料。
