摘要
我们对 Korpelevich 的 extragradient 方法进行 Lyapunov 基于的分析，证明其 achieves 的最后迭代收敛率。该 Lyapunov 函数同时上界了几个标准的保usto性度量，这使得我们的分析能够细化这些度量的现有最后迭代收敛保证。此外，相同的分析使我们能够设计一类灵活的 extragradient 方法的扩展，在这些扩展中，exgradient 步骤通过 Lyapunov 指导的线搜索程序自适应地与用户指定的方向混合。这些扩展在实际假设下保持全局收敛，可以在适当选择方向时达到超线性收敛率。数值实验确认了该框架的简单性和有效性。
