Scrum 实践适应远程工作的德尔菲研究

摘要
本研究通过对 Scrum Master 进行德尔菲研究，探讨了 Scrum 实践如何在新冠疫情期间及之后适应远程和混合工作。初步发现突出指出，沟通是首要挑战，导致会议结构、信息共享实践和协作工具进行调整。团队重新组织仪式，引入新会议，并实施持久的信息共享机制以提高工作效率。
