Costa 熵功率不等式向量推广的反例与部分解决

摘要
我们给出了 Liu、Liu、Poor 和 Shamai 提出的 Costa 熵功率不等式（EPI）向量推广的一个反例。具体而言，如果凸组合中的矩阵值参数与加性高斯噪声的协方差不交换，则所声称的不等式可能不成立。反之，若这两个矩阵交换，则不等式成立。
