摘要
本文提出了一种测度论方法来研究 Monge-Kantorovich 最优质量输运问题。该方法结合 Kantorovich 对偶性，为回答关于涉及一般成本函数的质量输运问题中最优计划支撑集的一个长期存在的问题提供了有效工具。我们还建立了唯一性的判据。
