摘要
巨磁电阻 (GMR) 是一种量子力学磁电阻效应，出现在由交替铁磁层和非磁层组成的薄膜结构中。该效应表现为在磁场存在下电阻显著降低（通常为 10-80%）。硬盘驱动器制造商在商业上利用了这一效应。2007 年诺贝尔物理学奖授予了 Albert Fert 和 Peter Grunberg，以表彰他们对 GMR 的发现。
