铁薄膜界面处的巨型磁阻

摘要
含有单层 厚的铁磁层的 Ag/Fe/Ag 和 Cr/Fe/Cr 三层结构 exhibits 巨型磁阻 (GMR) 类型行为。电阻随平行和横向磁场排列而减小，表现为类朗达式磁场依赖性，至 B=12 T。该现象解释为颗粒界面结构。对 Fe/Ag 多层结构的结果也以颗粒界面磁阻方式进行解释。
